In this spoken word performance, a quote from John Locke is read out in a disjointed and broken fashion. Having been analysed and broken down into it’s phonetic components, each of which has it’s own informal name, each word is then reconstructed in turn, breaking down the meaning of the text and in some way contradicting Locke’s sentiment by separating and articulating each word as a thing of itself.
